Miss Me Boutique – Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Miss Me Boutique! We’re so excited for you to receive your order. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your items will arrive.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Please allow 2–4 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Processing times may be slightly longer during sales or holidays.

If your item is preorder or made-to-order, the expected ship date will be listed in the product description.


2. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $100 (before tax and discounts).

  • Orders under $100 are subject to a flat-rate shipping fee of $6.95.

  • Local pickup is available in Osakis, MN at no additional cost. (Pickup details will be sent after your order is confirmed.)


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on the best available rate and delivery speed.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Free Shipping: 3–7 business days

Please note that these are estimated times and may vary based on location, carrier delays, or weather conditions.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.


5. Lost or Delayed Packages

Miss Me Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been scanned by the shipping carrier.
If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’re happy to assist with carrier contact information if needed.


6. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at missmeboutique2025@gmail.com. We’ll do our best to correct it before your order ships.


7. Local Pickup

If you select local pickup, you will receive an email when your order is ready. Please pick up your order within 7 days of notification. Orders not picked up within 14 days may be canceled and refunded minus a restocking fee.
